I have a Kitchenaid model ksrs25qfwh00 which works perfectly as far except for one problem which has recently surfaced. The drain tray under the freezer fills rapidly and then overflows onto the floor. The drain hole in the freezer has been cleared but the tray filled within a 24 hour period. The technician looked at it but was at a total loss as to what is causing this to happen.ksrs25qfwh00

(dripping on floor or into pan causing overflow or water on floor). I don't think you have an air leak(you would have frost, ice, or water droplets somewhere in one of the compartments). You may want to check for an overflow or water leak when the icemaker operates. (leak from the water inlet to the icemaker on the back wall, running down and filling the drain pan). With everything else working fine, that's where I would start .
