Hi Hulaboy,
What about all other functions: broil, convection and surface burners?
Did they work or something else is wrong?
Gene.

Pull the range off the wall, remove the back cover and locate the common wire for the bake and the broil heating elements.
Remove this wire from the heating elements terminals and check for 120V between this wire and the ground when the control calls for heat.
If there is no 120V, then the control board has to be replaced.
Unfortunately the part is no longer available.
Gene.

Hello Gene I located the common wire between the broil and bake elements, disconnected the wire from the bake element, with control set to bake I checked the voltage between the disconnected common bake wire and the main black ground terminal, there was no voltage. Same thing on the broil cycle. Does this mean the control panel is bad? When you say the part is not available does this mean I couldn't order it from Frigidaire? Thanks alot. Hulaboy.

No doubt the problem is a bad control board.
No longer available part means the manufacturer has been discontinued to make this part.
The only chance is if you or someone else can fix the old control board.
Gene.
