After turning off water to house for plumbing repairs the ice maker ceased making ice. We have water to dispenser in door but none to icemaker. There is water to fitting(#7 in parts diagram). (1) What is the simplest way to check for and defrost a frozen line inside the freezer and what else should I look for if that does not work?

I was hesitate about taking things apart, however after doing so located the ice blockage (both #7 and #9 on parts diagram were frozen solid). Defrosted and reassambled. Now awaiting ice cubes. Thanks for being there.

How caan I defrost the water line with out defrosting the freezer?:confused:
