Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 8/2/2009(UTC) Posts: 1		I have a problem and I am not sure what it is. I periodically I find water on the floor. It looks like the fan dries it up because it is dry right in fron of the freezer. Temperature is fine and I am wondering if the defrost heater is off. I don,t have a water leak because, I just installed an after market filter, and there are no leaks. This problem has been going on for about 4 or 5 years. The unit is 11 years old. I had a repairman look at it and he said "it can't be repaired". I don't believe him. Can some one help me? The side by side is a Jenn_Air. :confused:
