Door latch would not work, thus, could not use the oven. To see if door latch worked, I initiated self cleaning and 30 seconds later, cancelled the cleaning...the door latch worked when cleaning cycle started, but now the door will not unlock..any suggestions? I already unplugged it for a half hour and plugged it back in, no change...

Use a metal coat hanger with a loop in the end, try to hook the latch to open the door.
