the door will not unlock and the add garment light stays on. we have replaced the ccu unit and the door latch and it is still doing the same thing.

the door willo not unlock unless you pull the release under the latch and the add garment light stays on. we have replaced the ccu unit and the door latch, but it is still doing the same thing
