I HAVE A kITCHENAID SIDE BY SIDE FRIDGE W/ WATER DISPENSER & ICE MAKER MODLE# KSRS25ILSS03.
THE ICE MAKER STOPPED WORKING AFTER I SHUT OF THE ICE MACHINE FOR 3 WKS. NO WATER GETTING INTO THE ICE MAKER TRAY. THE RED LITE BLINKS 2X THEN PUSES FOR2 SECONDS WHEN DOOR IS OPEN. WHEN I PUSH THE FLAP SHUT, THE RED LITE STAYS ON WITHOUT ANT BLINKS. i TRIED THE BLOWDRYER TO THE WATER SUPPLY TIP BUT NOTHING. AFTER 7 HRS. READING FORUMS NOT SURE IF I NEED TO REPLACE THE ICEMAKER, FILL VALVE, OR THE SENSORS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE WALL PANELS.

I would make sure the water line that goes to the ice maker is not frozen shut before I decided to replace any parts.

Here is the service manual for your ice maker. Maybe you will find it helpful.

I replaced the water vale and still no change from before. I did notice the teeth that pops the ice out into the bucket are notsticking out, they are inside the ice machine, A repair person told me that that is a good sign to replace the ice machine. I don't have a problem replaceing it aslong as I know that is the problem. I was also told using a electrical wire, I could jump something on the mortor and that will open the vale and allow water into the ice machine. This is only a trouble shooting test. But I did not quite understand where to look for the "N-L" & "T-H"
