Hi, I bought a heating element for my dryer that quit drying, I got it all hooked up and it is still not drying. Pulled the thermostat off the dryer and when I shake it, it has a rattle in it, could this be the broken part instead? would the thermostat cause the dryer not to heat? Hi Gabrielle,
In order to avoid buying unneeded parts you have to have a simple multimeter and check suspicious parts for continuity. This is the only way for proper troubleshooting and saving $$$. Let us know when you are ready.
The model number you posted is incomplete. Verify and repost it.
Gene.
