I have an Estate Dryer, that wont come on. I have checked the door, switch, power, thermal fuse, push on switch, blower wheel, and the motor seems to turn freely. when it is plugged in the heating element heats until you turn it to the off position. Can you help me?

be sure you are over looking the thermal fuse in the rear. the white one, that is an inch and a half long by a half inch wide. on the element coming on, it is either grounded to the case, or you have a stuck motor switch, alowing power to go to the element. which means, you need to replace the motor. pull the element first. tom www.applianceeducator.com/parts.htm:cool:
