dryer runs but there is no heat, blows cold air at vent.circuit brakers on.

Hi Gary
Even if the circuit breakers are on you need to check to see that you are getting 120 v to each outside terminal on the connection block.
If so, your problem is like in the thermal fuse, which you can check for continuity. If that checks out, check the other thermal devices (thermostats) and if they check out, check the heating element for resistance and continuity and make certain it is not broken or grounded.
