The water dispenser has quit working. This happened after we filled the 3rd of 4 glasses for a meal, thus the water line is not frozen. The ice maker works fine and has continued to make new ice. The ice dispenser works fine. What is the solution? Thanks. Daryl

You can check the dispenser switch by swapping the wires on the dual water inlet valve. Then try the water dispenser. The water should go to the ice maker. If it doesn't the switch is probably bad. If it does, the dispenser side of the water inlet valve is not opening unless the line is blocked somewhere else such as a water filter.
The inlet valve is where your water supply comes into the freezer/fridge on the back near the bottom.

If the filter is plugged or the inlet valve is not working, why is the ice maker still functioning fine. It is still making ice and refilling with water.

So, does that mean the the water did go to the ice maker with the wires swapped thus indicating the dispenser switch is good. You have a dual water inlet valve. One side can work and the other side could be defective. On most ice makers the water doesn't go through the filter.
