When I set the water level to "ex high" and wash a load of clothes washer leaks. Does not leak when water level is set to "ex low" or "med". Do you think that it is the Tub Ring Seal?

You have the old type washer. Yank the top up and look at the bottom of the tub, if you see water coming out, you probably have a bad tub seal or a rusted out tub. Probably not worth fixing, will have to remove the tub to put new seal in and you may find rust holes in the steel tub.

Thanks. Since water only leaks out when I set the water level to "ex high" and wash a load of clothes wouldn't that lead you to believe that the tub ring seal that fits on top of the basket and tub is leaking as oppose to the tub being rusted out? Thanks for your time.

Small tub leaks will get bigger and more noticeable due to the increased water pressure. Sometimes, if the snubber is worn, and it shakes in spin, it could splash out over the rim of the tub.
