when turned on the water wont come on it just starts to agitate. the water is on it worked fine on the last load. if i set it to spin it will spin.

Cannot find any info using the given Model Number, please check it. Sounds like the machine thinks it is full of water already. Unplug the unit Open up the control console, with a little luck you will find your wiring diagram in there. Check the water level switch with a meter. The Normally Closed switch should be closed (O ohms) and the Normally Open side open (infinite ohms) If not, remove the tube from the water level switch assembly. If it is now OK your tubing is probably clogged up, blow into it to clear the clog. If it does not switch over then the level switch is toast.
