:confused: The top left burner does not come on. How do I lift the top on my glass top stove to check the element.

ON GLASS TOP UNITS THEY DO NOT HAVE A TRADITONAL ELEMENT. THE ELEMENT IS SEALED IN AN INSULATED ROUND COVER. IF YOU REMOVE IT BE PREPAIRED FOR SOME OF THE INSULATION TO CRUMBLE. YOU CAN CHECK FOR CONTINUITY WITH AN OHM METER AT THE CONNECTOR WITHOUT TAKING THE BURNER ASSEMBLY LOOSE. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TURNED THE POWER OFF AT THE BREAKER.
