After You Turn It On It Rus For 1,2,maybe 3 And Then It Stops And It Will Come Back On In 6 Hours Or So

The model number you listed isn't coming up in any searches I have.. Go to the ID tag and make sure the number is posted clearly as typed on the tag.. Also try to be specific when you say 'it' runs, what runs? The compressor?, the fan motor(s)?... Remove the cover behind the fridge and observe what's working and what isn't when it is turned on... Look inside the freezer and listen for the fan blowing being mindful that some units cycle the evaporator fan off and the light on when the door is opened... Post back with more info to narrow down your problem... cheers, kooler

the refrig and freezer work fine for a few hours and the after that you have to wait for awhile for it to come back on some times you can turn the off and cooling selection off and turn it back on and it will come back on and sometimes it wont it just has to sit for awhile

I did find a diagram for a RT14DKXJWOO fridge so more than likely yours is similar... The next time the fridge is not running when it should be running check for power going though the thermostat... If it's not, then replace this control (AP3996712)...
