Freezer started to get warm measured at 46F, cleaned coils under unit of dust lint ect, unplugged to reset, unit went down to 36F. I thought it was fixed next day unit was not cooling at all, removed food, ran diagnostic check control panel "bargraph", checked ok. Removed panel in back of freezer no ice on coils, coils warm, all fans running and compressor cycling but cycles are short, condensor is hot to touch. All copper tubes in or out of compressor warm. Need help? Thanks

With that short of a cycle the relay will be the problem. Take it off see if it rattles.

The overload and start relay are in a case, having trouble getting both out of the case. I see you can order them together, their is definetly a rattle, and debrie (dark brown particles like coffee) coming out of the assembly but not sure if the other component rattles
