Put in used transmission and washer shakes violently on spin after replacement. found small pin, flat on one side and it appears there are two of them, not sure where they go. appears I have something out of balance. laid machine down and pushed shaft up thru agitator. Need advice and diagram how parts go. Thanks

Operate it with the cabinet off by by-passing the lid switch and see if you can determine the problem. Check the base plate and the springs. If all else fails try replacing the springs.

The clutch spring on transmission installed is blue and the old one is black. Would changing clutch springs help? thanks for your reply
