Cutting ice grid is not cutting the ice. I removed and cleaned it. all wires and connections look good.

Hello b015dwj. You will want to test the grid cutter and make sure it is good. It should read closed for continuity. If it is good, you will need to test and see if there is power coming to the transformer and from the transformer to the grid cutter. You should have 120 VAC coming to the transformer. It is low voltage coming out and you should read between 8 to 12 VAC. If not, you will need to replace the transformer. Hope this helps. Part number: AP3956373
