water does not get into the dishwater. would this be because imput selenoid is bad?

this picture is the drain solonoid ,it has nothing to do with water coming in .the water valve is probably at front left corner behind bottom panel ,check to see if either water valve under sink is turned on ,or you are gettig 110 volts to water valve
