My GE washing machine goes through all the cycles without a problem. However, when it reaches the spin cycles it does not drain:confused:

Hi Billk Remove the front panel and check the drain pump. If it runs but does not drain, most likely there are a foreign objects inside the drain hoses or the pump impeller. It should be 120V coming to the pump when the timer is set for spin (the lid should be closed). If there is no proper power coming to the pump and the washer spins, then the problem could be a bad wires or a bad timer. If the washer does not drain and spin, then it could be a bad lid switch, a bad wires or a bad timer. If there is 120V coming to the pump but the pump does not run, then the pump itself is bad. - The part number for the pump AP3193205 - The part number for the timer AP2045964 - The part number for the lid switch AP2620150 - Here are the break down diagrams for the GE washer Model WPSR3100W2WWGood luck. Gene.
