Hi,
Looking for some assistance in identifying the problem with my GE washing machine. Seemed to work fine until we moved recently and ever since the wash cycle doesn't seem to be agitating properly. Tried resetting the motor by unplugging for one minute and then plugging back in and opening/closing lid 6 times but that didn't seem to help . Belt looks fine and spin cycle seems to work fine still. Any advice would be greatly appreciated , I'll post a link to a video below of what the machine looks like during the wash cycle.
