The problem is that the refrigerator side temperature maintains 50°F. We tried to defrost the refrigerator but there was no change. The freezer side is fine and maintains zero degrees. We have changed the fan in the freezer and still did not fix the situation on the refrigerator side. Please help us figure out what the problem is.

Pekingese,

The first check you need to make is the air diffuser assembly located in the upper left corner of the refrigerator compartment, make sure the louvres, open and close,

Part number: AP3046080
Part number: AP3046080

Also check the air return cover grille on the lower portion of the left wall, in the arae of the crisper drawers, make sure there is nothing blocking the grille.

Good Luck,
:) :) :)
