Washer fills,washes but when stops to go to spin cycle,doesn't spin.I"t soaks,but timer moves.When timer is about to end spin cycle,it starts spinning and releases the water,but leaving the clothes wet.Then it start to fill for the softner wash fine.Washs again starts to spin but the water doesn't spray a little at the rise cycle.Colthes are not dry like they were.
