Here's the problem the washer won't spin and the water in the washer will not drain. Now I'm not sure if it will not drain cause it's not able to spin but I'm assuming that's the way the process goes. Anyhow, I tried to put the washer on spin mode and the water does not drain. What can be the problem and how can I get this done.
