Water is dispensing, but not into the freezer tray. Water goes into cube collector tray.

Most likely the water tube has been dislodged.

Gene. Water tube is not dislodged. It comes through the back of the refrigerator and hangs over the cup that should direct water to freezing tray. It does not hang over by much. Should there be an elbow fitting on the end of water tube? I used a plastic barbed elbow, but then ice formed in the elbow.

Check if the tube looks like the one on the picture bellow: Here are the break down diagrams for the Frigidaire refrigerator Model FPES18TCA0Gene.

This looks like part #56 in the diagram. What I have looks like #55. I assume #56 attaches to #55, so I ordered one. Thanks Gene

#55 tube goes through the back wall from outside, #56 tube attached to the #55 inside the freezer and goes into the ice maker. Keep us posted.
