Does anyone know what would cause my Kenmore DW to stick on "sensing" when turned on?
After a short while - it makes a humming noise like there is current draw but know action.
It starts humming the time the pump usually kicks in.
Motor - Capacitor - Sensor - All 3?
Thanks in Advance ~
Rob

Gene ~
Thanks for your help - AGAIN!
You have saved me quite a bit of money with your technical expertise.
I had to replace the motor/pump assembly on my Kenmore/Whirlpool DW.
The motor was very corroded and the fault of the unit. What will prevent the new motor from being corrupted in the same way as the OEM? Within 3 years? This is more of a Kenmorw response.
Thanks again!
Rob
