I am getting a continuous beeping and flashing on the control panel - Sometimes a F1 error code -

Any idea's

See the attachment for the tech sheet.

The error shows as a shorted key.

Best way to trouble shot is to unplug the unit, then unplug the ribbon cable from the control board and check the keypad with a meter to confirm a shorted key.
Or
You could unplug the unit and the keypad from the control board.
Then plug the unit in.
If the beeping continues odds are it is the control board.
If beeping stops then I would replace the keypad.
This is a bit of a crap shoot but your odds are better.
