Its a stacked Frigidaire Gallery washer and dryer. Washer won't go past rinse cycle in any of the cycles. It agititates and spins out, fills again and stops when it gets to the rinse cycle. What gives? Thought it might be the timer but it does it in all 3 cycles.

I think your diagnosis of the timer is likely correct, since it will operate mechanically in the wash cycle. Here is the part. Part number: AP2108080

I replaced the timer $100 on my Whirlpool LXR9445JQO because it stoped before the drain, rinse cycles on any setting. Now with a new timer, the same problem continues. Any suggestions?
