I replaced the broil and bake elements on my stove and it still doesn't turn on.. the cooktop works fine but no bake or broil. Also there is no limit switch that's in the manual on this model so that can't be it. help??

Here is your parts breakdown
Model MER5755QAW

As long as you are sure thst the High Limit Thermostat #18 in the "Cabinet" section is missing, I would try to run the diagnostics in the tech sheet.
Check that you have 240 volts between P3-5/4 and P4-1/2 at the control board.

If the limit switch is fine. The clock control board will be the problem. Tom

Ther looks like a limit switch on the back of the stove in the upper left corner by the oven sensor, could that be the problem?

i think this switch is at back centre towards bottom behind panel
