Timer Works But There Is A Plug Near The Timer That Is Loose.i Do Not See Anything That I Can Plug In.the Defrost Heating Element Does Not Come On When You Turn The Timer Manualy.there Is No Voltage Across The 2 Wires For Heater.help Please

Probably a blown limit thermostat a small round thing clipped to the evaporator, just remove and replace.
