hi my refrijerator is driping water trough the air conductor, water is all over my food and then is turning in to ice i checked the temperature setting and try lower then the recomended for a week and still doing the same thing canyou please help me?:(

Looks like the problem is a frozen drain in the freezer. Remove the rear panel in the freezer and locate the drain hole under the evaporator coil. You can use a hair dryer to defrost it and a turkey baster with hot water to make sure it is open.

Remove the cover on the back of the refrigerator and check the other end of the drain hose for a clog.
