You may have a supply tube blocked with ice, usually where it enters the back of the freezer compartment... Use hair dryer to remove ice; this can be caused by a leaky water supply valve... I'm used to seeing more characters in the model number than you provided... Usually 3 digits followed by a dot then more digits...
