hi i have a GE Profile Model Number WPGT9350C0WW. and wats happends is when i turn it on it says "This machine has a problem with it" it stared to spin one time but then that came up now when i turn it on it takes about 15 sec. to show that mgs. so please help me. thanks for your time.

Open the control panel and check for a mini manual. All troubleshooting instructions suppose to be there.
