Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 1/13/2011(UTC) Posts: 1		I have a Kenmore side by side. I was dispensing the ice and the blades on the plastic drum broke. I then ordered a new drum from this site and got them in today. I proceded with removing all the pieces from the dray and augor, but the end of the augor where the teeth to grind up the ice will not come off. I was almost there to get the drum on, but don't know how to get the old one off. Worked on it for 2 hours. Very frustrating. PLEASE HELP!
