When it is turned on in any cycle as soon as it starts to spin it clicks, stops and flashes panel and shuts off.

Try unplugging the washer, and takeing the bottom panel off, and right in the front middle, once you get the front off is the pump. You will see right on the front of it, that the front will screw off, it could be full of stuff, and that is why it could be doing what it is doing. When you do this it will help to pull the washer away from the wall, and lean it back, and rest it on the back wall, so the water will stay in the back of the tub, when you take the cover off the pump.
