Any suggestions on what I should first look at to fix the ice maker? I know the water supply is good because we still get water through the door.

BTW, this is the second major failure of this refrigerator since purchased a couple years ago and this ice maker has been an issue for quite some time already. Not very impressive for all the money we spent on it.
