I've replaced 2 ice maker modules in 3+ years since buying Kenmore Coldspot fridge/freezer. Ride side of harvest rake tends to get stuck on cube that I've had to physically remove. Copper track burns on 1 contact spot on all 3 modules.

Tried a used compatible ice maker replacement, didn't work. Added water by hand to start. Verified clear/unfrozen water line is ok. Red light working fine. Stays on when flapper is held closed. Tried jumper wire to bypass and harvest with no luck. Bought ice maker new replacement on your site, -doesn't work. Won't jump either. Red eye is fine.

I'm thinking wiring clip to ice maker is bad now??

Help anyone? reposting since October and November.

I'm now told by Appliance Pros to replace the main Coldspot computer:
Cntrl - Elec
Part Number: AP3675865
Made by Whirlpool

I've replace 1 water valve new, 1 ice maker new, and prior to that replaced 2 modules in 1 year.

My icemaker won't cycle/harvest after replacing 3rd burned out module. The last module only lasted 30 days, and burned out on copper track like 1st module did.

Red eye blinks 2x and stays lit red when depress side door sensor. I checked and verified that water supply is not frozen. I put 1/4 cup water in ice tray to start cycle. No action.

My last effort was replacing water valve.

Kenmore Coldspot Side by Side refrig/freezer. Model 106.555.......
