washer won't spin. motor and motor pullys turn. belt looks good, I can turn by hand one way but the way the motor turns it looks like it should turn the oppisite way ,I can,t turn it that way

Check for any foreign objects between the inner and outer tubs. If there is nothing wrong and you can not turn the transmission CCW (spin direction) that means the transmission is locked and has to be replaced. - The part number for the transmission is AP3892126 Here are the break down diagrams for the Frigidaire washer Model GLWS1349AS0Gene.
