The dryer spins, but there is no heat on any setting or cycle. What do I need? Thank you.

It could be a bad thermal a bad element or you're not getting the proper line voltage to unit like a blowed house fuse but if you have circuit breakers that wouldn't apply. But first thing is verify the dryer is getting 240 volts with a mutimeter at the terminal block.
