Hi, We have an oven that does not heat up correctly. When the preheat light and buzzer comes on , the temperature is far below the selected temperature. I need to know what part controls the preheat cycle. I s it the whole printed circuit behind the oven dial or some sensor in the oven itself ? I looked at your website to try to see which part I need. The number AP 2624887 looks like the correct one but the local shop gave me a number w27t10102R. Are they the same ? Thanks for any help you can provide. Bob Thompson

How are you checking the temperature, if your using a round oven thermostat to check, your temp will read about 100 degrees cooler if you check it after the oven beeps. Do this, set oven to bake at 350, go back and check the oven temp 15 minutes after it is preheated to get an accurate reading.
