We've been experiencing a problem for over 2 months with the oven. It has been taking forever to preheat and now it doesn't heat up at all. Any suggestions?

Okay I found the igniter. How do you get to the end? It looks like we would have to take the whole back off. Does this sound correct? I read somewhere that you might have to cut the wires.
