It preheats and bakes but it is taking much longer to bake. For example, it used to take 18 minutes to bake a pizza at 400 degrees. Now it is taking more than 30 minutes to bake the same pizza at a higher temperature (435 degrees) What could be the problem? I need your help desperately. I am very frustrated. Can you please send me an email ASAP. Thanks so much!
