Marie,

It appears you have orderred an oven door spring ?

Depending on your Model number it may be as simple as removing the lower access panel or broiler drawer and looking to the sides and finding the hinge spring retainer on the hinge,

It could also require removing the side panel (several screws in the back of the panel and 2 or 3 screws that are visible when the oven door and lower panel are open).

In a few cases you may have to remove the cooktop, in order to remove the side panel.

A model number would be a great help, to get you going.

Thanks,

The model number you posted does not come up anywhere. Is it American model? How old is it?

How did you find the part number for the door spring?

Gene.

Marie,

I tried transposing letters and numbers, of the model number you gave us.

You've either got a stove , that's more like 20 to 25 years old, ot you've got the wrong part orderred.

We really need a good model number.

Thanks,
