Originally Posted by: mariewasyluk When Will My Question Be Answer? Marie, It appears you have orderred an oven door spring ? Depending on your Model number it may be as simple as removing the lower access panel or broiler drawer and looking to the sides and finding the hinge spring retainer on the hinge, It could also require removing the side panel (several screws in the back of the panel and 2 or 3 screws that are visible when the oven door and lower panel are open). In a few cases you may have to remove the cooktop, in order to remove the side panel. A model number would be a great help, to get you going. Thanks,
