Will not heat. replaced both fuses and heating element Dryer work until moved to to location and changed the vent from the side to the back.

If I am understanding you right you moved to a new house and dryer doesn't work? if this is true I would check the line voltage to the dryer You may have a problem with the house electrical and not the dryer

I Had The Heater Element Replaced 2 Years Ago. So I Tried To Check The Heater Element And Took The Back Off The Dryer But Could Not See The Element. Where Is It Located?

if its a maytag built Crosly and not a whillpool you release 2 clips and pop the top up, and its in the back dead center there is also a thermal fuse real small hard to see that always blows too
