How does one install the new heating element along with the control panel? Does anyone have any experience doing this? The replacement heating element for stainless steel is #8194200.

The dishwasher has to be pulled to replace the element unless you have very long arms the size of toothpicks to reach back to unscrew the caps from underneath that hold the element in most the time they are just hand tight the control panel is easy to replace by removing screws on inner door panel
