My Water and Ice dispenser stopped working. I replaced the water valve and now the water dispenses from the door. The ice maker was not working so I just put on a new d7824706q ice maker. It has been on for 8 hours and is not making ice. The arms are not moving an water is not filling into the trays. I have the wire arm in the down position. Any ideas?

Doug I'm having the same problem - Just replaced ice maker in Whirlpool frig and it's not working. I have water in the door which works fine. Hope someone can help us both :confused: Rusty
