I have a Kenmore 18 cu ft refrigerator that I would guess is around 5 years old. I notice water on the floor in front of and underneath the refrigerator. I traced the water source to the inside of the refrigerator. I thought it might have been the humidity this summer but I am sure we've had humid days and humid summers in the past five years, We have to use a sponge to soak up the water every so often and even used stormbag to that problem Stormbag - Alternative Sandbag can someone help us to fix that problem Thanks Johanna

Johanna, That problem is usually caused by a frozen or clogged defrost drain. Locate the drain in the back of the freezer compartment to check which it is. If it's frozen you can use hot water with a turkey baster or tube to thaw it out. Please post your model number if you need further assistance. Nat
