Is this something I can fix or is it time to call the repair guy?I cannot see where the water is coming from, thought maybe because of the very high humidity it was just defrosting itself excessively. That water comes down in the freezer, when the refrigerator goes in defrost. So the water is normal. The drain hole is frozen over. That is why the water is going on the floor, and I am sure there is a block of ice in the bottom of the freezer. Take the bottom draw out, and knock the ice out. Then knock the ice out away from the whole and get a blow dryer, and hold it over the whole. After a little bit, get a boiling hot cup of water, and pour some down the hole, and let it sit, and see if it drains. If so, your done. If not, wipe the water up, and get the blow dryer on the whole, after a little bit, pour some more of that hot water in the hole, and give it a minute, to defrost some of the ice, and then wipe it up, and repeat the process untill the water drains down the hole. You don't need no service man. Follow these directions, and you will get it. Let me know how it goes. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
