The sensor you say, is the sensor that had the 2 black wires on it right?

After it has been in the freezer awhile, if it is still open, smack it with a screwdriver handle.

thanks. Pulled tco out of freezer was closed. Hooked everything back up and all is well and working.

Good to go. That tco is a safety device, we used to call them a flame sensor, it is designed to open when the cavity get's to hot. This happens alot, mixing up the time cook and timer, usually by older folks and teenage girls :)
